Corporate and social responsibility

LLC “K-Criolo” assumes the full range of corporate social responsibility. An enterprise strictly adheres to all requirements of the Code of Labor Law of Ukraine, employees are hired in accordance with the law, their rights and obligations are protected by an employment contract.

The safety equipment is used in production, all employees are instructed, premises comply with fire and sanitary safety standards. The same rules are followed by employees – each has its own form, provided by the business entity. All employees have the opportunity to rest and eat at lunch break.

The enterprise invested in landscaping and asphalting of the territory, in the installation of sewage treatment plants, in the utilization of garbage and industrial waste.

K-Criolo LLC is also trying, despite its short lifetime, to maintain the city’s infrastructure, ennoble the surrounding area, and timely and fully pay taxes that are distributed to the social needs of the authorities.

Compliance with all standards and standards is confirmed by the Certificate EN ISO 22000 : 2005.
